Fees are reviewed regularly to reflect changes in legislation, Home Office fees, or inflation. The latest fees are always displayed on this page.


All fees stated here include considering documents; attending on the client; taking clients’ instructions and providing advice; preparing and submitting the application; follow up of all applications; advising the client on timelines and the outcome of their application. Please note that any use of third party experts or interpreters are not included in the fees here. Further fees will be incurred for extra work that may be required to be carried out such as gathering evidence, finding and instructing appropriate experts, negotiating with Home Office, conferences with witnesses, drafting witness statements etc. Clients are advised in advance of the type of work required and the fees involved. Please also note that as we are VAT registered (VAT registration no 431303840), VAT will be charged to clients on our prices. Please note that this fee scale will vary in case of different scenario such as pre-empting unusual complexities or that a client may not follow specific advice, etc. However, when an unforeseen complexity arises, or where a client‘s requests means additional work, clients will be informed of this and provided with revised costs information.
